Our testing services
Professional testing involves far more than simply trying out a finished app or web-app. We test systematically, covering all relevant aspects: from code quality and user experience to security.
Depending on the project, its complexity and requirements, different testing methods are used. We are familiar with the full range of methods and know which ones are appropriate in each situation:
Code quality and functionality: We verify that the software does what it is supposed to do, at every level. From isolated units of code (unit testing) and the interplay of components (integration testing) to complete workflows from the user’s perspective (end-to-end testing). This functional testing ensures that every function meets the defined requirements.
Stability and reliability: Software must perform even when things get demanding. With regression testing, we ensure that new changes do not break anything that already works. Smoke tests provide early indications of core stability. Compatibility testing verifies that the application runs flawlessly across all relevant devices, operating systems and browsers.
Performance and security: We test how systems respond under heavy traffic, from defined user volumes to controlled stress tests. Through security testing, including vulnerability scans and penetration tests, we can verify that the system is protected against unauthorized access.
User experience and accessibility: User-friendliness and accessibility are key quality characteristics of modern software. With usability testing, we assess how intuitive and efficient an application is to use. Accessibility testing ensures that it meets digital accessibility requirements and is accessible to as many people as possible.
Specialized tests: Depending on the product and the risks involved, supplementary testing methods are used. These include, for example, interruption testing for mobile apps, chaos testing to check stability in the event of unexpected inputs, and in-the-wild testing under real-world conditions. We assess which additional methods are appropriate for each individual project.
